From our first visit we were hooked. It all started with a simple magazine article on the “Premier Retirement Community” offering “all the amenities that an active lifestyle could handle”. That one article regarding Sun City Center spurred us to visit. That was in 1990 and we have never looked back. We are avid golfers and were enthralled after playing the beautiful courses, visiting the gorgeous local beaches, and meeting so many friendly and caring people.
Needless to say…we fell in love with this wonderful community that has continued to flourish in all ways! Realtor was a natural fit when people started asking us to drive them around the fantastic communities that we had been raving about. Just like that we began our careers as licensed Realtors with Sun City Center Realty, which then became Prudential Florida Realty. Now 18 years later we are still dedicated to serving our buyers and sellers, before and after the sale, in the Sun City Center and Kings Point Communities. It is our goal to bring excellent service with integrity, honesty, and commitment to the home buying and or selling experience.
